What We Provide
A typical 500-person conference AV setup includes 4–6 large PA speakers, a digital audio mixer, multiple wireless microphones (handheld, lapel, and headset), two 16–20ft projection screens with high-lumen projectors, LED stage lighting, and a full AV control area with 3–5 technicians.
We cover every detail: podium microphones, confidence monitors, timer displays for speakers, clickers, backup laptops, and HDMI distribution systems.
